Admission Procedure

Admission to the programs offered at SVU Kolkata is done on the basis of scores in the qualifying examination, except Ph.D.

For admission to the Ph.D. program, candidates need to clear any one of the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET), State Eligibility Test (SET), and SVU Research Eligibility Test (RET) followed by an interview process.

Open the admission portal and fill in all the required details as mentioned.

Submit the required documents and application form fee through online payment modes.

After verifying all the details, click on Submit. Download the form for further purposes.

Candidates have to physically appear with a duly filled form copy at the date provided by the university with all the necessary documents. 

Offline Mode 

Candidates shall visit the varsity campus and buy the application form. After filling in all the details, he/she shall submit the same at the administrative office of the varsity.
