The university is 100% subsidized by the government. It is compliant with his NCT of Delhi and is recognized under Sections 2(f) and 12(b) of the UGC Act. We cater to students from Delhi and neighboring states, especially Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. We have recently moved to a new campus in Sector 3, Dwarka. We offer nine BA honors courses in Computer Science, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics, English, Commerce and Bachelor of Business Administration. We also offer bachelor's degree programs in physics, life sciences, mathematics, and a bachelor's degree program in arts. We also offer an additional course on Effective Communication and Personal Development through Russian Language and Drama (ECPDT), which is very popular among students. I recently started a French certification course. Teaching, learning and assessment – our teachers form the backbone of our curriculum delivery system. The university has 94 permanent and 35 part-time (temporary) teachers and 18 visiting lecturers. We take great care in hiring teachers. Three of our school's teachers received the Outstanding Teacher Award. Departments continue to host lectures by experts and respected resource personnel. Our faculty, including the department chair, have served on the Academic and Executive Councils, Research and Research Committees, Departmental Course Committees, and Curriculum Development Committees. The number of students is 2,531, of whom 1,422 are male and 1,109 female. Moreover, the introduction of different assignments makes the classroom very diverse and inclusive. Her 1:18 teacher to student ratio makes lessons interactive and learner-centered. We will provide corrective action whenever and wherever necessary. Apart from classroom interactions, the implementation of the curriculum involves various activities such as field visits in related areas, heritage walks, conferences/seminars/workshops, and opportunities for learners to explore topics such as gender sensitization and women's development. This is achieved through participation. Environmental awareness has also been strengthened.
Appointing an academic advisor: Each degree and course has its own advantages and disadvantages. Choosing the best product for you requires continued research. The learning method differs for each course, but you will be accompanied by a full-time advisor who will provide study guidance and career counseling. A qualified advisor will help you plan each semester, choose important professional advice, and stick to your study plan.
Library Area: You will grow better if you are fully equipped with all the resources that will help you learn. The library is a place where you can find a variety of books that provide efficient academic support. Some libraries are now equipped with internet access and computers for students to browse efficiently according to their needs.
Career Center: This center helps you choose the right path to success. It will help you experience the reality in the field and grow accordingly. This benefit includes several steps and activities, including mock interviews, career/major exploration, resume reviews, career fairs, internships and career listings, and more. Activities and learning content like this will help you prepare for the company you're interviewing with. You can take advantage of all these benefits as soon as you enter university, giving you a better foundation for learning and behavior once you graduate and leave school.
Writing Area: As the saying goes, you learn better when you write. Being at university gives you lots of ideas and opportunities to learn. We recommend that you pay attention to the highlighted areas as you read the topic. Not only that, when writing a research paper, it is important to gather the right group of research papers and present them accordingly. The writing section is a special area where you learn to create an outline, proofread your draft, provide critiques, and check citations. The Writing Center staff is here to help you every step of the process.
Living and dining areas: It is important for students to choose a university that has living and dining areas. The university provides a special area for this purpose, where students can live in the residential area and eat in the dining area. Each student has an additional fee.
Disability Areas and Services: Students with special disabilities require special accommodations. Universities need to keep this in mind and develop their structures and services so that all children have easy access to a full range of services. All students are entitled to equal opportunities while attending college, and it is the responsibility of the college's Disability Services Coordinator to ensure helpful accommodations are provided.
