The Sports Regulatory Regime and Sports
Rights – this module looks at the sport’s governing bodies and the foundations
of the sports and ethics, in particular taking an in-depth look at doping
control in sports. You will also examine the anti-discrimination laws and
human rights acts that affect sports.

You must also undertake the dissertation,
providing an invaluable opportunity to study a particular aspect of the law
in-depth. You will need to the application and enhance your technical knowledge and
critical awareness in the subject of your choice. In order to obtain the LLM in
Sports Law and Practice it is necessary to write a dissertation with the
sports law theme.
