B.Ed. Yoga is a postgraduate level course. The full course consists of 2 Years (four semesters). It provides helps to improve health and happiness. The aim of the Yoga Education course to provide the required training to the aspirants who wish to undertake a further career in this field. The course syllabus provides knowledge about the benefits of Yoga to restore the health of people and assist them in leading a fit lifestyle free of ailments. During the study time, candidates learn about the anatomy of the human body, learning of asanas, history of yoga, yoga benefits and so on. The purpose of this course also train and prepare candidates for the exoteric aspects of Yoga making them competent to lead an esoteric lifestyle.
