Subhash Institute of Technology has been established in the year 2017,aims to impart essence of quality technical education to the young minds, promoted by a social educational trust under the aegis of Subhash Group of Institution , having diverse experience and cognitive Knowledge in the eld of education over the last 25 years, since its inception.The Institution is now ourishing as an independent new complex at Koiridih, behind Giridih College, Giridih, away from the luster of the city, enveloped with the mesmerizing beauty of Mother Nature. The infrastructure of the premises fullls the demand of modern architecture and encloses the fascinating bliss of the modern era. The premises includes sophisticated and upgraded shrine department of Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering administrative block, modern library, innovative class room, workshop, employee quarters and multi-cushion canteen circulated according to the norms of AICTE. The Institution is beholding the quality professional excellence moving forward with the disciplinary management to enhance itself further in spheres of education and fabricates more competent youth with high technical skills.

The Training, Placement & Consultancy Cell of SIT Giridih put-in efforts for the best possible learning and career growth of students. Its objective is to provide career-related & personal support to the students and offer placement in renowned companies through the campus recruitment drives.

Library: It has a seating capacity of approximately 100 people with a separate reading hall. It has a collection of general reading & competitive exam-related books. It also has a digital library with fast internet connection. The books and digital library has open access for all students. Photocopy and printing facilities are also available. A library orientation program for students is arranged every year by the institute.
Laboratories: There are approximately 30+ well-equipped labs set up in the college as per prescribed AICTE norms and standards. These labs are designed to cater the practical learning needs of all the engineering students. A few Labs include:

Cafeteria & Canteen: A well-maintained, hygienic cafeteria is available to cater the food needs of the students. A large hall is available for comfortable dining for the students. They can avail all kinds of snacks from the canteen.
Hostel: The institute provides comfortable accommodation facilities to students to create a home away from home. There are separate hostel blocks available for girls & boys. Both the hostels have common recreation halls with LED TVs, newspapers, and magazines. RO drinking water facilities, a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and first-aid are also provided. Students are under surveillance cameras to maintain high security.
Sports: Playgrounds with different courts are available to encourage sports activities and participation of students.
