ADMISSIONINIFD was established in 1995 by a group of fashion designers who wanted to create a world-class institute that would offer quality education in fashion design. Today, INIFD has over 25,000 alumni who have gone on to achieve success in the fashion industry. The institute has a network of over 180 centers across India and internationally, including its Guwahati center.
INIFD Guwahati offers a variety of programs in fashion design, interior design, and fashion photography. Here are some of the programs available:
Fashion Design
INIFD Guwahati offers a three-year Bachelor of Science program in Fashion Design that covers a wide range of topics, including design development, garment construction, fashion illustration, and textiles. Students are also required to complete a six-month internship.
Interior Design
The institute also offers a three-year Bachelor of Science program in Interior Design that covers topics such as space planning, furniture design, color theory, and lighting design. Students are required to complete a six-month internship.
Fashion Photography
INIFD Guwahati also offers a one-year diploma program in Fashion Photography. The program covers topics such as studio lighting, fashion styling, and post-production techniques.
