Ragging is criminal offence and lowers the standards of education. The ‘anti ragging policy’ adopted by institution takes care of preventive, procedural and punitive aspects of ragging based on the guidelines provided by Hon’ble Supreme court of India, recommendations of the Raghvan Committee,instructions/guidelines issued by the UGC, ministry of HRD (Govt. of India) and Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. From time to time our doctors are invited by Doordarshan, Shimla as Homoeopathic experts in their AYUSH / SWASTH BHARAT programme, a live phone-in talk show on TV discussing a specific topic on diseases and their management by Homoeopathy.Solan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is marching ahead with zeal and enthusiasm to impart Quality Homoeopathic Medical education to the students and also serving the ailing humanity at grass-root level to alleviate the sufferings of mankind by providing safe yet economic Homoeopathic treatment and health counseling to the people of Himachal Pradesh and adjoining states as well.
