IICM pursues all encompassing way to deal with instruction and preparing and gives due significance to improvement of body, brain and soul everything being equal. Yoga, rec center, swimming and sports are coordinated to ordinary preparing educational program. All preparation programs, regardless of their topic, have intelligent experience sharing sessions and contribution on moral issues identifying with administrative/specialized basic leadership.
IICM tries to meet the proceeding with instructive and preparing need of various corporate bodies by and large and organizations in Coal Sector specifically. Coal India, Coal organizations, Singareni Collieries Co. Ltd., NTPC, Neyveli Lignite Corporation, M/s Petro Bangla of Bangladesh and so forth routinely take an interest in the preparation programmes offered by IICM.
