NIFT Hyderabad is a highly popular institution for fashion education in India. It provides a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in fashion design, technology, and management. The eligibility criteria differ slightly for each course, but in general, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination from a recognized board for undergraduate courses, and a bachelor's degree from a recognized university for postgraduate courses. To begin, interested individuals must complete the online registration process, which is available for all modes of admission. It's important to note that there is a last date for online registration, and those who miss it will be required to pay a late fee of Rs. 5000 in addition to the regular application fee. Once the online registration is complete, an admit card will be provided to the applicant. This will be available online only, so it's important to check the admission portal regularly. Next, the applicant will need to take the NIFT Entrance Examination for all UG & PG programmes. After the examination is complete, candidates will be able to see the question paper and the answer key by using their registered user id and password on the admission portal. After the Entrance Examination, the result of the examination will be declared. It's important to note that this will also be available online. Shortlisted candidates for Masters Programmes from the written entrance examination are required to undergo Case Study based Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Finally, once the final result is declared, counselling will be conducted, and seat allocation will take place.
