Over time, we decided to pursue another dimension of growth for our institution, and it became clear that we needed a common brand name to represent all of our institutions. In 2007, it was decided to establish 'Kaveri Group of Institutes' as a brand name to represent all educational institutions of Kannada Sangha. Under the visionary leadership of our founder Dr. Shyamarao Kalmadi (our main mentor) and Shri G.M. Shetty (who had a huge passion for education), Kaveri The Institute Group has spent almost 60 years shaping it. 4. Change of subject is allowed only with the permission of the Principal. Change of faculty, i.e. from Science to Arts and vice versa, is permissible only if the candidate has the required percentage of marks as specified for admission to that faculty.
5. College authorities may discontinue a course of study in case adequate number of students are not available in a particular course.

Gymkhana Unit promotes students' talents in the field of sports. The university's gymnasium is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to enable students to participate and train in a variety of sporting activities.
Mathematics/Statistics Laboratory
We have a spacious, well-equipped, sophisticated mathematics/statistics laboratory. Equipped with the latest software, the lab also has internet connectivity, servers, UPS, and generator backup for research and learning purposes.
Electronics Laboratories
The College houses two spacious Electronics Laboratories with scientifically designed work tables provided with electrical connections for soldering etc. The lab is equipped with the latest electronic instruments and gadgets to facilitate effective learning and experiential knowledge.

The college provides a well-furnished ladies' common room along with the necessary additional facilities.
Commerce Laboratory
We always encourage our students to take up projects and present them. Our Commerce Laboratory archives and preserves the project work taken up by our students for reference and knowledge sharing. This work mainly concentrates on topics or issues related to the world of commerce and business viz. Recession and its Impact, Accounting Practices, PAN Card, Excise Duty, Passport, Sales Tax, Opening Bank Account, Functions of Bank, etc.
AV Rooms
Our AV room enables students to learn concepts and skills through fun and interactive games and videos.
Art Gallery
The art gallery is a platform that showcases our students` creativity in the field of fine arts. Kaveri Wall Journal, a part of the Gallery, encourages our students to express their creative and visual presentation abilities.
Psychology Laboratory
For students who choose Psychology as a specialization in the Faculty of Letters, we have a fully equipped Psychology Laboratory with all the necessary examination and experimental materials.
Auditorium
State-of-the-art auditorium with over 500 seats. It has state-of-the-art amenities including air conditioning, high-speed elevators, green rooms, VIP rooms, 24-hour generator backup, and excellent sound and lighting systems.
Review of employer requirements completed. Google Forms are created according to company requirements and distributed to all students. students who meet the criteria fill out the Google Form. We plan an internship campaign based on mutual understanding between the organization and the university, submit data on students who meet the criteria to the company, and finally implement the campaign.
On the day of the trip, the organization will conduct a Pre-Placement Interview (PPT) to inform the students of their requirements and conditions.
The company conducts tests and group discussions to narrow down the candidates to the final candidates. Some companies may conduct telephone interviews. After a document review, selected students received a letter of offer. Placement cells store records of students selected through campaigns.
