Maharashtra Medical Education and Research Centre (MME&RC), Pune is a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 in the year 1984. This Trust has established Z.V.M. Unani Medical College & Hospital and Laxmi Devi Saraf Diagnostic Centre. Z.V.M. Unani Medical College is recognized by CCIM, New Delhi and permitted by the Government of Maharashtra and is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.This College has an excellent track record in academic and other activities. From the academic year 2004-05 the Trust has established the M.A. Rangoonwala College of Physiotherapy and Research with an intake capacity of 30 seats. Permission of the State Government vide Order No.MED-1399/CR/117/99 Dated 29th October 2002 is granted and the College is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Our College is recognized by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists.

As it is a govt medical college, all students have to work as interns in the civil hospitals for 1 yr compulsorily. The striped as of now is 13k per month
Most students don't go for jobs after the course and prepare for NEET PG. The curriculum itself has one year compulsory internship to be done in the civil hospital after completion of the course. The college provides the resources needed for the same. The stipend is as per rules of Maharashtra government about Rs8000 pm.

It doesn't matter if the internship you performed was paid, unpaid, or for college credits
we don't have any placements in the college itself we have so many opportunities when we pass MBBS. Our college provide internship which is of 1 year which include 7 to 9000rs per month. About the job we can do private practice or we can join the government hospital.
