About Us

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, prevalently known as GITAM, was established in 1980 by a motivated gathering of famous savvy people and industrialists of Andhra Pradesh driven by M. V. V. S. Murthi, previous Member of Parliament and prevalent donor. The vision of MAHATMA, the Father of the Nation was to consider India to be a socially and financially resurgent nation and he viewed training as a significant way to accomplish this objective. Gandhiji's perspective on training was not restricted or partisan. He imagined colleges as organizations of higher discovering that rise above all etymological, racial and different obstructions. GITAM is resolved to soak up his qualities and maintain his way of thinking.
