Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University (TNMFAU)  exclusively for the Music and Fine Arts so as to preserve, foster, popularise, promote the traditional system of the Indian Music, Performing Arts and the Fine Arts practiced in Tamil Nadu, viz., The Tamil Nadu Dr.J Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University. This is a unique university that has music, fine arts, and sculpture, the first of its kind in India. The University introduces Postgraduate courses in the Fine Arts, Vocal, Veena, Violin, Mrdangam, Bharathanatyam, and the Nagaswaram.

TNMFAU Admission

Students seeking admission in the university must fulfill all the eligibility criteria for the respective courses. Listed below are the eligibility criteria for the courses

UG Courses: Intermediate graduate 10+2 from any of the recognized boards. 

PG Courses: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.

The university publishes the results of the courses offered after the completion of the examination procedure.
