About of Varun Arjun University

Varun Arjun University, Shahjahanpur is established in accordance to UGC Act 1956 by the Uttar Pradesh Govt. Act (No. 12 of 2019) Notification No. 1350/70-1-2023-20(10)/2022 dated 21 Nov 2023. The University is promoted by Varun Arjun Trust and is functional from session 2023-24 with various courses. 

The University is in the process of designing its own milestone in the pursuit of social commitment and excellence reflected by establishing world-class practices. It has reached the shores of developing into a seat of global learning to bring about transformation of the society through value-based education and research promotions. 

VAU has belief in innovation and forward-thinking that encourage assume leadership in various curricula.  These advantages give us a special opportunity to advance this great institution through carefully selected but ambitious choices that renew and extend its mission.

The objective of VAU is the holistic development of each student through the interdisciplinary, multi-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary approaches. University offers various innovative and unique courses that are truly transdisciplinary in nature, scope and contents and help the students to develop knowledge and skills in diverse areas of study which are innovative in the emerging areas.

Wi-Fi Campus:

In the fast expending global environment. It has become mandatory to remain in aware of technological and professional development in all segments of education. To meet this challenge the University campus is made WiFi. Students are provided access to it and in addition each department has been equipped with computer facilities with LAN. This facility helps student in better learning, completing assignments and research. Additionally special and specific software are also available for research purpose.

The central library is well equipped with a growing collection of books, periodicals and journals function as learning resources and are capable to caters the need of all the faculty.

Auditorium

An air-conditioned auditorium fully equipped having 400 seating capacity is available. The auditorium is well equipped with advanced gadgets and suitable to organize national and international level academic events.

Student Health Services

A fully equipped hospital with OPD and IPD services in all specialities take care of all health problems of all student and its habitants. The services are provided to students on concessional rates.

Guest House

A well- built guest house providing delighted services is maintained in the campus. It has 27 AC rooms with dish TV. This facility is open to all type of University guest including parents of students.

Cafeteria

A break in between hectic studies helps in re-energizing and strengthen learning process. With these ideology, spacious well-built cafeterias are in place where edibles with good nutrients are prepared and served in very hygienic environment. Separate cafeteria for students & staff are available in the campus

Play Area

To keep students energetic and healthy, facilities for Indoor, Outdoor games, Gymnasium, yoga centre are made available. Sports facilities for Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Volley Ball, Foot Ball, Basket Ball and Yoga Classes are available to all students inside the campus for maintaining physical fitness. Students are encouraged to participate in various events and Inter-Institutional tournaments. For cultural activities auditorium and stadium is also available
