The Identity and Access Management (IAM) work unit is accountable for how customers inside an organization are given an identification - and how it is protected, together with saving integral applications, records, and structures from unauthorized get right of entry to whilst managing the identities and get right of entry to rights of human beings each interior and outdoor the organization. The IAM Analyst will be accountable for growing debts to assist LEAP. This would encompass Active Directory, CA Service Desk Management, Customer Service Portal, SAVE, CBMS, and Mainframe accounts. The analyst will work intently with the LEAP Business Office, County Security Administrators and different IAM analysts.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute the unit’s strategic roadmap and all business-related identity management integration projects
Execute Identity and Access Management program at the organization level ensuring IAM Best Practices are being followed
Implement provisioning and de-provisioning of user access to various enterprise systems and applications. Create accounts, assign permissions, delete accounts, and complete the appropriate modifications when a user’s role changes in accordance with CRS’s Standards and Procedures.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements for security access and administration functions
Coordinate, plan and prioritize a varied workload related to Identity and Access management technologies working with all levels within the organization
Assist in the development of documentation, subject training, and other knowledge material on IAM
Build working relationships with IAM vendor product management, development and engineering teams
Assess existing processes and suggest new ones that most effectively anticipate, manage and reduce risk
Maintain regulatory awareness and compliance and ensure adherence to risk-related policies and best practices
Demonstrate and embed the behaviors and competencies that create a risk management mind-set in the organization
Work as part of a security incident response team as required
