Candidates should have completed a Master of Agricultural Engineering from any university and at least recognized by UGC, AICTE or etc. The candidate should have a percentage in a master's degree of 55 %( for the general category) & 50% (for other categories). Candidates who have completed the M.Phil. In Agricultural Engineering with at least 55% marks (for Gen candidate) and 50% marks (for Other candidates) is eligible for the course of PhD. So these candidates are eligible to take admission in Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Engineering for Professional Study or profession.

Admission Process for Online PhD in Agricultural Engineering

Admission in Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Engineering (Full Time and Part Time) will be given to that candidate who cleared the entrance exam of University with at least 40% marks. Seat allotment of PhD in Agricultural Engineering will be done on merit basis of entrance exam by the University. If any candidate has passed M.Phil. in Agricultural Engineering then no need to give the entrance exam. If any candidate cleared NET/JRF(With relevant subject) then-candidate also eligible to take direct admission for Online PhD in Agricultural Engineering without any Entrance exam.
