JOB DESCRIPTION
The tasks a Shift In Charge Furnace: Ferro Alloys is expected to perform include:
• Understanding the shift operation during a particular shift, starting from raw material feed to the furnace until the finished product is transferred to a defined location
• Managing shift operation
• Performing quality checks
• Performing the processes of reporting and documentation
• Understanding the quality assurance and quality control measures
• Ensuring problem identification and escalating it to the senior authorities
• Practicing all the health, safety and security that candidates need to use in the workplace
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• It is not a desk job
• Need not handle a team
• Local traveling is not a part of this job role
• Part-time work and contractual jobs may be available
• Work from home option is not available
