Diploma in Pre-Refining Operator Course Full Detail 2024-25

JOB DESCRIPTION

The tasks a Pre-refining Operator is expected to perform include: 

Starting the refiner as per start-up instructions and feeding the autoclaved material for processing further

Sending the cooked rubber powder from autoclave operation to refining machine through conveyor across magnetic rollers to separate waste metallic content 

Checking quality of pre-refined material and adjusting roll nip gap to achieve the required rate

Setting the back roll to rotate at high speed 

Grabbing the sheet by hand at pre-defined cycle time and feeding it into the forward process

Ensuring that the end product is a fine devulcanized rubber sheath with required ingredients as set by client

Feeding the autoclaved material continuously and pre-refining it 

Ensuring that the tailings falling down are re-fed with autoclaved material continuously

Shifting the pre-refined material near strainer for straining

Performing material checks based on random selection of the material as per the company’s guidelines 

Sending the waste material to the designated place

WORK ENVIRONMENT

It needs one to be on their toes

Need not handle a team

Local traveling maybe a part of this job role

Part-time work and contractual jobs may be available in some cities

Work from home option is not available

Working hours

Working hours are 10/12 hours every day for 5/6 days a week. This may vary from factory to factory
