Ecological Informatics (EI) is a trans-disciplinary subject that coordinates biology, Computational Science, informatics and sociologies, so as to improve our comprehension of environmental procedures and extend socio-natural hypothesis to incorporate the Earth's regular systems, human values, human wellbeing and prosperity. A suite of orders – environment, informatics, Computational Science, natural financial matters, human studies, human science and demography comprise EI. M.Phil. EI is a one-year, full time program that embraces a credit framework. Understudies procure their degree by finishing 30 credit focuses, split among course work (19), workshop (1) and postulation (10). During the primary semester the understudies will be guided through center modules involving propelled nature, science, informatics, insights, demography, human sciences, human science and research procedure. Upon effective finishing of the center modules they will be urged to attempt their exploration in any driving examination association inside India. The past clusters of understudies had done their exploration at Center for Ecological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, ISRO research facilities (Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Dehradun and National Remote Sensing Center (NRSC), Hyderabad) and The French Institute, Pondicherry. Accommodation of task report as a postulation is a fundamental essential for the fulfillment of the course.
