M.Phil (Engineering Education) is a postgraduate academic research degree course. Generally the course duration is two year and its syllabus is divide in four semesters of six month each. The research degree course has been designed to build the research capacity of scholars from varied backgrounds and offer a powerful knowledge and skill base in areas of educational policy, planning, administration and finance. The main purpose of this course to provide candidate with relevant experience at first-degree level the opportunity to carry out focused research under close supervision in the discipline of Engineering. The course has different specializations such as civil engineering, building engineering, information systems engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science engineering, and computer engineering. The M.Phil program involves several broad areas of research such as Education and Globalization, School Education, Comparative Education, Educational Management Information System, Education of the Minority, Educational Finance, Gender Issues in Education, Educational Administration, Equity and Inclusion in Education, Educational Planning, Higher Education and Educational Policy. The program sketch on other disciplines such as psychology and philosophy. A candidates may take the courses on a part-time or full-time basis.
