About Us

A Mould Cleaning and Inspection Operator is responsible for inspecting and cleaning the moulds and making it ready for use in the rubber products industry. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The tasks a Mould Cleaning and Inspection Operator (Latex) is expected to perform include: 

Performing online and offline batch-type cleaning process 

Ensuring no mould damages and scratches are caused during manual cleaning of the moulds 

Applying chemicals as specified for mould cleaning 

Ensuring that mould stains do not appear on products 

Taking the mould to the designated area in case of offline cleaning 

Inspecting the cleaned mould properly 

Reporting any wear and tear to the supervisor and taking corrective action as directed

WORK ENVIRONMENT

It needs one to be on their toes

Need not handle a team

Local travelling may be a part of this job role

Part-time work and contractual jobs may be available in some cities

Work from home option is not available
