Classrooms
The classrooms are designed to be compact so as to stimulate and encourage close interaction between students and faculty. Classrooms are well furnished with furniture and fittings and are quite spacious, ventilated and well lighted with modern AV tools, green boards, podiums, presentation aids etc.
Library
Our library facilities are equally notable. Here again, we have focused on quality rather than just quantity by incorporating some of the best reference books on a diverse range of technical and management subjects along with subscription to top technical journals. 8000 books and more than 100 journals and newspapers are subscribed. All latest books brought from Europe, USA and Canada. Library works between 9.00 am to 8.00 pm everyday including holidays.

COMPUTER LAB
Our college has two laboratories; one having 27 computers and other with 25 computers. It has advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software which cater to the requirements of students, teachers and curriculum. The college is equipped with dedicated broadband internet connection and dedicated servers and backup facility.
We have qualified committed teachers who take continuous efforts to see that students must get expertise in practical implementation in different software tools.

The placement cell is one of the cardinal units of IBSAR, this cell is established with a realistic vision of mobilizing the students to conform to the demands and challenges of the contemporary job market in both the government and private sector.The placement cell of our IBSAR is unequivocally a pioneer and role model to surrounding colleges as it is blessed with the inquisitive student community and fully dedicated , proficient faculty the increasing admission to our institute over the years warrants the efficiency and effectiveness of the cell.The placement cell feels immense pleasure in learning the fact that many of our students have been successful in availing job opportunities in both the govt and private sectors.
Institute of Business Studies and Research in runs regular BA, BSc, B.Com courses and self-finance UG program viz. BAF, BMS, and BSc in Biotechnology and Computer Science with the intake of 30 students in each. Admission to each UG program whether regular or self-finance will be given directly on the basis of the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination. Institute of Business Studies and Research in offers admission to MSc and M.Com program only on the basis of candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination followed by an interview round conducted by the college. Those who qualify the interview round are admitted to the course.
Application for admission to any course of the college shall be submitted to the University of Mumbai. Candidates shall apply for admission to any course through the website of the University or may purchase the application form from the University campus. Application form for each course shall be submitted separately. Payment of the application fee could be done in both online and offline modes.
