BA in Geography is a 3-years undergraduate course that deals with earth and its different phenomena, features and inhabitants. It also involves the study of climate, soil, vegetation and plantations on earth. Important subjects that are taught in this course are Maps Projection, Economic Geography, Human Geography, Physical Geography. The course is offered by both government and private institutes. To stand eligible for the BA in Geography course, the candidates need to secure at least 50% marks in their 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream.
