M.D.S. Candidates must have a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from a recognized dental college or university.

Candidates must have completed a 1-year rotating internship.

Candidates must have a valid NEET MDS score.

The prime eligibility criteria are BDS degree and qualification in NEET MDS. 

The person must have the passing certificate from a recognized university with at least 55% marks.

If a person has got the BDS graduation certificate from an unrecognized university or institute, they have to apply and get the eligibility certification from the Dental Council of India (DCI)

In Government and Private colleges, there will be different categories of seats under open category free seats, management quota, etc. 

The free seats are allotted purely on the merit basis and the fee structure may vary according to the category of seat which we procure. 

But, when it comes to Deemed universities, all the seats will be allotted as per the received applications and the fee structure will be the same for all those who choose to join there.
