Overview

M.Phil. Law is a research-level course. The duration of this course is 2- year long and its syllabus are divided in 4 semesters and it provides on a part-time basis by the various institute. The study gives processes of conclusion-making by agencies and they are controlled by legislators. Both the civil law and criminology, which examines character evidence, expert testimony, privileges, relevance. The administrative procedure with the concept of discretion and common law doctrines which controls the discretion in decision making is the main aim of this course. This course attention on the tactical and procedural introduction of all the evidence at trial in the courtroom. It is a career presenting in nature and provides many job opportunities for the candidates after its successful completion.

Eligibility:

Candidates need to have an LLM or Master's degree in the related subject. Up-and-comers need to gain 55% marks in the associated subject at the postgraduate level to be viewed as qualified for the course. The rate Norm may fluctuate from Institute to Institute.
A composed test possibly directed to evaluate the competitor's learning. The individuals who qualify in the composed test will be required to show up in a meeting. Certain establishments waiver passageway test if the applicant has qualified in NET, SET or proportionate national-level assessment.
