Front Office Associate: Also known as ‘Front Desk Associate’/ ‘Guest Service Associate’, Front Office Associate is responsible for guest registration, maintaining the guest account and guest service during the stay. The individual at work is responsible for representing the hotel, receiving the guest, handling the guest registration process, room allocation, and attending to any guest requirements. It also includes performing cashiering process and handling guest accounts during the stay.
This training program is also known as the Receptionist training course. 12th passed students looking for a short-term training program will benefit from this training course. It is a skill-enhancing training course. After completing this course, you will be able to find a job in relevant sectors (hospitality, travel, and tourism, etc).

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
