Maulana Azad College has created itself throughout the years and holds its esteemed position as the first of foundations. Fazlul Haque, on December 9, 1924, Lord Lytton, the contemporary Governor of Bengal established the framework stone of Islamia College under the alliance of University of Calcutta.
