Himalayan Action Research Center (HARC) is an independent intentional association, which plans to enable the mountain to individuals by working for their all encompassing, incorporated and feasible improvement dependent on the indigenous learning, social qualities, and neighborhood assets. It was set up in 1988 with the mission of "Enabling Human Resources of the Himalayan Region to Sustain the Development Process". 

We have been serving the reason for individuals focused, individuals oversaw, individuals controlled and individuals claimed improvement process. It accepts that maintainable improvement and great administration can be guaranteed uniquely through dynamic and powerful association of the nearby network, independent of standing, class or sexual orientation.
