The College is a self account establishment overseen by Devta Uchch Shiksha Prasar Samiti. The Management board of trustees individuals have a place with different backgrounds and the organizer of the College is Babu Balcharan Singh. The College at first started conferring instructing in Arts Faculty with the subjects-Hindi, English, Economics, Sociology, Sanskrit and Geography in 2000 and Education in 2012.The division of Commerce built up in 2012. The divisions of Drawing and Painting and Home Science were likewise settled in 2004.
