The Club is the sole Aviation Training Organization of its sort in India to give Aviation professions data, direction and instructing for pilots hypothetical composed assessment led by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Civil Aviation Department, Govt of India and Federal Aviation Administration, US Department of Transportation, Goverment of USA alongside extraordinary training in telecommunciations courses Like (I) COP/RT(R) - Flight Radio Telephony permit, (ii) Wireless telecommunication for Instrument Rating, (iii) Amateur Wireless Telegraph Station Operator (HAM) licenses under the Club License Vide #22623 VU2ADO issued by the Ministry of Communication and I.T, The Government of India. 

The Skyline Aviation Club is a free, non-goverment, non-benefit, association exclusively existing for giving study hall instructing to get ready qualified possibility for different pilot's licenses oral/composed assessments led by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Wireless Planning and Co-0rdination Wing, Department of Telecommunciations and I.T, Govt of India. According to letter No. AV-22011/11/93-FG dated 04-08-84 of DGCA, Civil Aviation Department, Govt of India expressing non-necessity of award of endorsement for Ground School and Federal Aviation Adminstration (FAA), Govt of USA under FAA Certified Pilot Ground Instructors, US Department of Transportation, FAA, USA; Working in comparative way as other Aviation preparing associations in India aside from down to earth flight preparing through its subsidiary Flying Clubs and Flight Training Institutes in India and outside nations
