It is administered by Balwant Educational Society led by District and Sessions Judge, Agra as the President and Raja Anirudh Pal Singh Ji of the regal group of Awagarh as the Vice President. The credit for the equivalent goes to Late Raja Balwant Singh Ji. The recent leader of Awagarh Estate known for his vision and duty for the spread of training, route in 1885.
The Faculty of Engineering and Technology was begun in the year 1996 with three parts of building viz. Software engineering and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Food Technology. The part of Chemical Engineering was included the year 1999. In the year 2004, two additional parts of Biotechnology and Mechanical Engineering were included. In the year 2006, M.Tech course in Food Technology was included with an admission of 18 Seats.
The Faculty of Pharmacy was included from the Academic Session 2011 - 12 for the B.Pharm Course. B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and in Civil Engineering and M.Tech course in Electronics and Communication Engineering were included the scholastic session 2012-13. M.Tech Course in Bio-innovation and Computer Science and Engineering were included the scholarly session 2014-15.
