Shivaji College in New Delhi Admission 

Shivaji College is under the trust of the Government of Delhi. Founded in 1961 by Drs. Punjabrao Deshmukh is the Union Agriculture Minister and a prominent social activist and farmer leader. His vision was to provide higher education to boys and girls in the largely rural areas of Matiala. The Delhi government took over the management and administration of Shivaji College and transferred it to Karanpura in 1967. Shivaji College further relocated to its present campus at Raja Garden in his 1976. Shivaji College's location is very enviable. There are two subway stations in close proximity to the college, and there is extensive bus service that takes students to and from various locations in the capital region. There are also facilities near the College such as a general hospital, bazaar, banks and post office. The College campus also has photocopying facilities, banking, and medical services, as well as cafeterias and kiosks that sell drinks and snacks. Although Shivaji College's campus is located in an emerging area of ​​the city, it is very green. It's a maze of tall trees, lush lawns, and mown hedges. The on-site herb garden is a source of pride for the College. In addition to the College's academic and administrative departments, the campus includes athletic fields and housing complexes for staff on a 10-hectare site.
